Hi folks, and welcome. I've worked in labour relations since 1998--mostly in employer-side positions. I still work in the field, but felt the need to do something more, so I set this blog up as a place for practitioners of all creeds to connect, be informed and be entertained. I hope you find this blog useful. If you happen to know who I am and where I work, I would appreciate it if you could keep that knowledge to yourself. A number of bloggers have lost their dayjobs in the last year, so I'm keeping my name and my employer out of this forum just to be safe.
